We offer a 1 year return to base guarantee with all of our steel products subject to our terms and conditions. This guarantee is non-transferable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

1st Bondage Blacksmith reserve the right to advertise and sell any made-to-order items.

Payment & Delivery

All goods must be paid for in advance and work will not be carried out on any order until payment has cleared.

If an order is cancelled any work already carried out by 1st Bondage Blacksmith must be paid for.

We do not do credit.

All packages will be shipped discreetly.

All prices are exclusive of delivery.

Ensure that you have carried out a complete check of any items ordered when they are delivered before signing for them. 1st Bondage Blacksmith are not responsible for broken parts or other missing components after you have signed for the item.

Returns & Refunds

Because of hygiene safety items that are of an intimate nature are non-refundable once used. For a refund of these items they must be returned to us un-opened in their original packaging.1st Bondage Blacksmith reserves all rights on refunds. No exceptions can be made so please order carefully.
